My work centers on launch strategy and systems for seasoned health and wellness providers ready to scale without burning out.

Supporting this space has been a thread throughout my entire career from studying music therapy, to working with children with autism, to over thirteen years in tech including time at Apple. Those experiences built a foundation in systems, consistency, and understanding what it takes for a business to run reliably.

Lona brings structure and creativity together to help people find calm in the chaos.

She believes the little details spark joy, and she founded Serendipity Services to give entrepreneurs back their time and peace of mind
